- Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
- If ordered flowers / cake /mithai are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake /mithai of equal value.
- Fresh Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Thus fresh baked cakes can only be delivered after that time. In exceptional cases you may request to keep the cake prior day in refrigerator & deliver next morning. But we don't advise this.
- All orders accepted on in BHUBANESWAR city. Delivery
schedule varies between same day or within three business
days depending on the destination city or town.
- Prices listed within the OrissaCards are inclusive all
taxes.
- To raise complaint against the quality of product for items delivered , the customer /
recipient is required to provide an image of the product delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Refund or Redelivery can also be made depending on nature of the complaint and any decision in this regard will be the sole prerogative of the website.
- We do guarantee the delivery on date . But we don't guarantee the delivery on any particular time. We do try to deliver well within your mentioned time but we do not guarantee that. And normally we shall process the order for delivery as soon as possible ignoring your specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time.
- In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver /
dispatch within 24 hours.
- In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it
at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases
3% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.
- Incase the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
- All orders are deliver by our own person.
- Orders , including Midnight Orders , received after 4 Pm IST shall normally be processed as next day orders.
But we shall try our best to deliver same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.
- The prices quoted at our website is for FREE delivery
within city limits.
- Right of Refusal : www.orissacards.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases www.orissacards.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.
- Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
- No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
- The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
- All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in
Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
- If we are unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
- For any order in which problem arises due to the mistake of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given.

Refund Policy
- Under what circumstances when refund is possible?
Refund is possible under the following circumstances :
The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as
follows
Amount Refunded Conditions
100% when credit card has not been charged and flowers/gifts
have not been ordered from our supplier.
90% when credit card has been charged and flowers have not
been ordered from our supplier.
30% after flowers/gifts have been ordered from our supplier.
0% after the flower/gift leaves our shop/office.
- Recipient not satisfied with the flowers/gifts
delivered.
If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts
delivered due to un-fresh flowers or dissatisfied due to
quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be
given 100% refund, provided that
► The recipient refuses
to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns the same instantly
at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact
condition. AND
► Customer writes to us
a mail about the reason of dissatisfaction. Please state the
Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the
Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us to improve
our customer service.
- Unavailability of flower/gift types or colors
If the customer has ordered the flower/gift types or colors
that are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at
that particular moment and cannot be fulfilled within the
specified time, the customer will be informed and will be
given 100% refund.
- Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage
In case any area is out of our specified city list or in
case any area is not accessible for any reason beyond our
control.
- How is the refund procedure being carried out?
Refund will be carried out within three days once one of the
above mentioned criteria is met. Once the refund has been
successfully processed, you will receive a refund
notification via email. Safe keep this refund notification
for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
DISCLAIMER
- Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavors to
ensure that the OrissaCards Site and/or the OrissaCards
Services are fully operational and error-free we cannot
guarantee this and therefore accept no responsibility for
any defects and/or interruption of the OrissaCards Site
and/or the OrissaCards Service and shall be released from
our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the
event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which
renders the provision of the OrissaCards Site and/or the
OrissaCards Service impossible or impractical.
- We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable laws, and save in respect of death or personal
injury arising from our negligence, all liability of any
claims, losses, demands and damages arising directly or
indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or
inability to access the OrissaCards Site and/or the
OrissaCards Service. This exclusion shall apply in respect
of, without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of
contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any
other consequential, incidental, special or punitive
damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of
such damages, whether arising in contract, under statute or
otherwise PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and
Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of
the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality,
fitness or description of the goods supplied.
GENERAL
- We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms
and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the
OrissaCards Site and/or the OrissaCards Service from time to
time. Any changes will be posted on the OrissaCards Site and
it is your responsibility as a customer to review any
changes on accessing the OrissaCards Service. Changes will
be effective 24 hours after the posting of any such change.
- Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict
or terminate access to the OrissaCards Site and/or the
OrissaCards Services for any reason at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include
all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms
contained in the OrissaCards Site, provided that in the
event of a conflict between any such other notices,
policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and
Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and
Conditions are held to be invalid or enforceable, the
remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- In case of flowers, cakes, sweets (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
- The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas as these items are hand-made and can vary. However, in all such cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired. We recommend customer to refrigerate the cakes on delivery (if it is to be used after half an hour or more).
